Equitas is working on behalf ofan outstanding primary school in Stockport, to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Before and After School Club Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping children enjoy safe, engaging, and stimulating activities before and after school.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children in a range of activities, promoting social, emotional, and physical development.

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.

Support children during breakfast or snack times.

Encourage positive behaviour and model good social skills.

Assist with setting up and tidying away activities and resources.
-
Maintain records of attendance and any significant incidents.
-
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Person Specification:
-
Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or club setting is desirable.
-
A caring, patient, and approachable manner.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Strong organisational and communication skills.
-
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Must hold a current Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
