They are not-for-profit, so the focus is all about ensuring the best possible levels of person-centred care are being provided to their clients, ensuring they are providing life enhancing opportunities for the young people and adults they work with.

You will be overseeing a group of houses and the teams supporting their residents, which are adults living with a range of care needs.

This will include, amongst other things:

- Managing rotas to ensure care is provided in the best possible way

- ensuring staff teams have all necessary training completed

- working with internal departments to develop the services and troubleshoot any issues

- manage staff performance, including setting goals and targets, mentoring & coaching, appraisals & reviews, working with HR to address any issues

You will be supported by an Area Manager who is equally passionate about delivering first-rate care to the clients, coupled with investment in your own development and training.
