Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Experience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or similar settings

  • A background in youth work, sports coaching, or working with young offenders

  • The ability to build strong, positive relationships with challenging and vulnerable learners

  • A calm, confident, and consistent behaviour management style

  • A genuine interest in supporting young people to reach their full potential

Your Role Will Involve:
  • Supporting students both in and out of the classroom

  • Encouraging engagement with learning through creative and tailored approaches

  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

  • Acting as a role model and mentor, offering stability and structure
