About the Role:

• Full-time SEN teaching role starting September 2025
• Long-term position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate
• Teaching a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Working collaboratively with a strong team of teaching assistants and SEN specialists
• Delivering tailored lessons in line with EHCPs and individual learning plans
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
• Proven experience working with pupils with special educational needs
• A strong understanding of a range of SEN including ASD, MLD, and SEMH
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
• A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
