As a General Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects

• Support students' emotional wellbeing and academic development

• Build positive, trusting relationships with learners

• Contribute to the wider school community and, where appropriate, lead a curriculum area

• Experience working with learners with behavioural, emotional, or social needs

• A nurturing and student-centred approach

• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

• A proactive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to different settings
