Time Recruitment are currently working with an industry leading engineering company based locally to central Stockport. This is a great opportunity for the right Sheet metal Welder to join a company with a great reputation and that allows the opportunity to grow. The successful candidate must be able to work to engineering drawings and be efficient in mig welding techniques. Previous experience working is essential for this role and an NVQ or city and guilds level 3 will be required. General duties will include:
- Working to engineering drawings to manufacture parts correctly
- Welding high standard
- Working with 1mm to 3mm sheet metal
- Working in other departments where required
- Fabricating
- Maintaining a safe working environment
The successful candidate must:
- Have experience in an Engineering environment
- Have a NVQ or city and guilds level 3
- Be able to work in a team and individually
- Good written and verbal communications
- Have good time keeping and attitude towards work
