North East (hybrid, 3-4 days in office)

This is a Group FC role with real influence — in a high-performing business that has significantly grown.

The numbers are strong: £250m revenue, £80m EBITDA, PE-backed, and cash-generative.

Now they need someone who can lead the finance team through their next phase which is where you come in as Group FC.

As the Group FC, leading a team of six (with two direct reports), you’ll own financial control, reporting, and compliance across the group.

You should expect variety in this role. From month-end and audit delivery to system improvement and business partnering senior leaders, this is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll own improvements for your team, and be a trusted point of contact for Group and senior leaders.

This isn’t a first-time FC role. It’s a chance to make your mark — and step into a leadership team that values clarity, ownership, and communication.

You’ll be a qualified accountant, confident under pressure, and naturally collaborative. Your continuous improvement mindset, leadership and ability to build relationships that will set you apart.
