The role involves providing a diverse range of finance-related administrative duties to support the team and the wider organization.
Candidates should have at least AAT Level 2 and relevant practical experience in an accounts position, including purchase ledger experience.
The position requires familiarity with financial data management systems and experience with various computer programs and finance packages.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should be immediately available with relevant experience.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillberesponsiblefortheeffectiveandaccurateprovisionofadiverserangeoffinancerelatedadministrationdutiesinordertosupportboththeteamandthewiderorganisation.

Dutieswillinclude(butnotlimitedto):

Prepareaccountingledgersincludingsalesandpurchaseinvoicing
Ensureaccurateprocessingandpaymentofpurchaseinvoices
Updatefinancesystems
Preparationofclientdata
Allotherfinancialadministrativeduties

Criteria:

AATLevel2
Relevantpracticalexperienceinanaccountsposition.
PurchaseLedgerexperience.
Knowledge&practicalapplicationofFinancialdatamanagementsystems.
Experiencewithadiverserangeofcomputerprogrammesandfinancepackages
ExperienceofVATrules&guidelines.
