What You'll Do
- Deliver LPG products to domestic and commercial customers safely and efficiently.
- Operate within all legal requirements, including Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive, and Road Traffic Act.
- Safely operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle and adhere to all road regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, documentation, and report any vehicle defects or incidents promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
- Conduct vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Work flexibly across a 7-day rota, including weekends and public holidays, to meet customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Essential:
- HGV Cat C licence
- Driver CPC (DCPC)
- Desirable:
- ADR Vocational Training Certificate (Class 2 - Packaged & Tanked Goods) - training can be provided
- Strong understanding of tachographs and driver hours legislation.
- High level of safety awareness and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
