About the Role:

As a Chef, you will be an essential part of the kitchen operation, working alongside a dedicated team to prepare and serve a variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. Youll take pride in creating delicious meals that meet both the hotels standards and guests expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily kitchen operations
Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety regulations are strictly followed
Helping to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and food storage
Contributing ideas for menu development and improvements
Managing kitchen tasks during busy service periods with efficiency and care
