The Resolute Group is proud to be partnering with a leading electrical contractor delivering major energy infrastructure projects across the UK. With a secured pipeline of works on Energy from Waste, Battery Energy Storage, and Biomass Power Stations, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead on-site delivery.

Responsibilities include for Electrical Project Manager:

  • Manage full electrical scope across HV/LV systems, containment, cabling, and instrumentation.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver on programme, quality, and safety targets.
  • Coordinate internal functions including engineering, commercial, and HSEQ.
  • Report on progress, risks, and interface with client stakeholders.
  • Oversee pre-commissioning and energisation phases.

Ideal Candidate for Electrical Project Manager:

  • 5+ years' experience managing electrical works on industrial, energy, or oil & gas projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of HV/LV systems and energisation protocols.
  • Proven leadership and delivery capability on complex, high-value sites.
