Reed in Teesside are currently representing a Teesside based client who are looking to expand their Customer Service and Sales team with a full time, permanent Internal Sales Executive and Account Manager roles paying, £25,500 - £35,000 (dependant on experience).

Duties:

  • Provide dynamic and motivational support to the external sales team to assist in exceeding Company targets and providing exceptional Sales & Customer Services.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Nurture existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in order to develop customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
