Our client is seeking a confident, customer-focused Supervisor with previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience, ideally from a depot or operational background. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a commercial, office-based position while still using their leadership and coordination skills.
You'll act as the main point of contact for incoming enquiries and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts. The role involves handling bookings, preparing contracts, liaising with operations, and ensuring timely equipment deliveries. You'll also be responsible for resolving customer issues, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth.
This is a busy, reactive environment, so strong organisation, communication, and customer service skills are essential. You'll also need intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to extract and analyse data to support reporting and decision-making.
The successful candidate will be target-driven, commercially minded, and confident using CRM systems. You'll be expected to meet revenue targets, maintain high service standards, and ensure accuracy in all documentation and processes.
