We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a reputable nursing home in Stockton-on-Tees, specialising in dementia and mental health care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual with NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care who is ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff coordination

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care

  • Support care planning, medication management, and audits

  • Supervise and mentor care staff

  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and policies

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing home

  • Strong understanding of dementia and mental health care

  • Confident in leading shifts and managing a team

  • Flexible to work both days and nights on a 4-on, 4-off rota
