Join our high-demand supply register and secure consistent, reliable work across Teesside, Redcar, North Yorkshire and surrounding areas. We have strong partnerships with a wide network of secondary schools and urgently need experienced and dependable Cover Supervisors.
What You Will Do:- Lead lessons of around 30 pupils in the absence of the class teacher
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects (no subject expertise needed)
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally
- Take registers and provide handovers for absent teachers
- £100–£112 per day (PAYE)
- High volume of work every week
- CPD, training opportunities and access to a dedicated consultant
- Excellent school relationships ensuring repeat bookings
- Previous Cover Supervisor experience
- Strong classroom presence and confidence leading lessons
- Reliability, organisation and a passion for supporting young people
