Think payroll is just about numbers? Think again.

If your current payroll role feels repetitive or limits your professional growth, this is the challenge and development opportunity you've been seeking. Here, you'll take on greater responsibility, broaden your skill set, and advance your career within a supportive and forward-thinking team committed to your success.

In this role, your work extends well beyond routine payroll calculations. You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality outsourced payroll services that help numerous businesses thrive across the region.

You'll be joining a respected accountancy practice that values continuous improvement and invests in the career development of its people. Here, your contributions are recognised, and your professional growth is actively supported in a collaborative environment.

The Role:

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for a varied client portfolio, each with unique reporting needs, pay cycles, and employee numbers. Responsibilities include statutory payments, pension contributions, attachment of earnings, BACS processing, year-end documentation, and liaising with clients and tax authorities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This is a diverse and rewarding role ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are committed to excellence.

About You:

Ideally, you'll bring experience from a payroll bureau environment, preferably within an accountancy practice, and may have had exposure to supervisory responsibilities or team leadership. While this isn't essential, it will be viewed favourably and reflected in the offered salary.

You'll need strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with clients by phone and email. Proficiency with multiple payroll systems and Microsoft Excel is expected.

Above all, we seek a collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding client service and maintaining the highest professional standards.

Why Apply?

You will join an organisation that genuinely cares about your well-being, offering flexible start and finish times to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. You'll benefit from working in a modern, well-equipped office designed for collaboration and comfort.

If you're ready to take the next meaningful step in your payroll career and grow with a company that invests in you, we want to hear from you.

To be considered for the upper end of the salary scale, candidates must have prior experience working within an accountancy practice or a busy payroll bureau.
