This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer looking for stability, support, and a firm that genuinely values its people.The Opportunity This is a chance to join a busy, well-resourced team within a firm that has an excellent reputation locally and beyond. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing service quality.Your caseload will include:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy
  • Unregistered titles and title rectifications
  • Working closely with referrers and estate agents
You’ll also be expected to supervise support staff to ensure files progress efficiently and clients are kept fully informed throughout what is often a stressful and time-sensitive process.Who We’re Looking For
  • An experienced Residential Conveyancer, whether qualified solicitor, CILEX, licensed conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
  • Proven ability to manage a volume caseload from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with referrers and introducers
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and passionate about delivering great service
