Warehouse Operations Manager

Paisley Site Services are delighted to be working with a successful industrial warehouse client based in Teesside who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager.

JOB DIMENSIONS / SCOPE

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

Ensure efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.

Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory counts.

Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.

Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, purchasing and marketing to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations.

Possesses full understanding of Health and Safety legislation relating to warehouse operations (Risk Assessments, Accident/Near Miss Investigation, COSHH and RIDDOR and some or full knowledge of HACCP principles).
