Technical Co-ordinator
Location:Head Office Eaglescliffe
Hours:8:00 AM 4:30 PM (45-minute lunch break)
Holidays:31 days including bank holidays
Salary:£35,000 £40,000 (dependent on experience)

We are working on behalf of our client a well-known regional developer who is seeking an experiencedTechnical Co-ordinatorto join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with anestablished house builderrenowned for deliveringaward-winning homesand creatinghigh-quality business space and commercial opportunitiesacross the North of England.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will haveat least 2 years experiencein a similar role within the construction or housing industry. Youll be supporting projects from planning through to completion, ensuring key technical processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Section/Legal Agreements with local authorities and utility providers

  • Applying for services and managing disconnections for new developments

  • Managing SAP reports, BREL documentation, and ensuring data accuracy

  • Maintaining and updating all technical documentation

  • Drafting and sending professional correspondence and emails

  • Liaising with the sales team to support project delivery

  • Offering technical support throughout the construction phase

  • Engaging with building control and warranty providers to ensure successful completions

  • Coordinating with trades to collect certification of works

  • Assisting in the clearance of planning conditions and monitoring compliance
