Hours:8:00 AM 4:30 PM (45-minute lunch break)
Holidays:31 days including bank holidays
Salary:£35,000 £40,000 (dependent on experience)
We are working on behalf of our client a well-known regional developer who is seeking an experiencedTechnical Co-ordinatorto join their growing team.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will haveat least 2 years experiencein a similar role within the construction or housing industry. Youll be supporting projects from planning through to completion, ensuring key technical processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinating Section/Legal Agreements with local authorities and utility providers
Applying for services and managing disconnections for new developments
Managing SAP reports, BREL documentation, and ensuring data accuracy
Maintaining and updating all technical documentation
Drafting and sending professional correspondence and emails
Liaising with the sales team to support project delivery
Offering technical support throughout the construction phase
Engaging with building control and warranty providers to ensure successful completions
Coordinating with trades to collect certification of works
Assisting in the clearance of planning conditions and monitoring compliance
