Niyaa people are working with a very well-respected housing association based in Stockton on Tees! The client is looking for a Property Surveyor who specializes in damp and mould, voids and responsive repairs to come and join their growing team!

Role: Property Surveyor
Location: Stockton on Tees
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £39,066-£41,411 (Plus essential car user allowance)

Responsibilities of the Property Surveyor:

Carry out regular pre and post inspections and property surveys for activity relating to repairs, voids, dampness, insurance reclaims and more
Work collaboratively and manage external contractors ensuring they meet their contractual obligations in relation to cost, quality and performance
Jointly work with Housing Officers to minimise any income loss
Prepare specifications, schedules of work and tenders for minor and major works
