• Assist in the planning and delivery of audit assignments for a variety of clients including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Undertake fieldwork on-site and at client premises, ensuring all work meets regulatory and internal quality standards
• Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and draft financial statements under the supervision of senior staff
• Support in identifying risk areas and ensuring audit objectives are met
• Liaise with clients to gather information, resolve queries and build rapport
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of the audit team

• Studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification or part-qualified
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused attitude
• Eagerness to learn, develop and grow within the audit function

• £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
• Full time, permanent role
