Job Purpose
  • Support a tax portfolio, with a primary focus on personal tax compliance work
  • Preparation of self-assessment and personal tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, landlords, shareholders etc
  • Preparation of P11D forms
  • Provide practical support and explain businesses processes
  • Support with tax planning advice to minimise tax liabilities
  • Research changes to tax laws and regulations
  • Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries
  • Work closely with the managers to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
  • Champion professional development, undertaking regular training opportunities
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance with tax queries and projects where required
