• Manage your own portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering accurate, timely returns and advice
• Liaise with clients to resolve queries and offer proactive support throughout the tax year
• Support junior team members, including two current apprentices, so mentorship skills are a big plus
• Collaborate with the wider team and leadership to contribute to the growth and success of the tax department
• Stay current with tax legislation to ensure compliance and spot planning opportunities

• Ideally ATT qualified, though experience will also be considered
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
• Strong technical knowledge in personal tax, with a keen eye for detail
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• A supportive team player who enjoys helping others grow
• Must be comfortable working from the office regularly (hybrid offered, but an in-office presence is important)

• £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
