The role of the Customer Service Manager - Windows & Doors will involve:

  • Customer Service Manager position dealing with a high end manufactured window and door systems
  • Manage the customer service and order processing teams with circa 3 direct reports
  • Offer leadership and actively engage in the development of your team to increase performance, efficiency and succession planning
  • Oversee all service functions and encourage consistent and effective communication throughout the team
  • Implement effective methods and strategies to enhance performance, productivity, and profitability across various departments
  • Assess and manage any service escalations as required

The ideal applicant will be a Customer Service Manager - Windows & Doors with:

  • Must have extensive experience within a Customer Service Manager position within a manufacturing environment
  • Sound understanding of order processing
  • Must have strong people management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills across all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and project management
  • Ideally will have experience working for a manufacturer
  • Must be a people person able to maintain relationships, motivate staff and communicate effectively
