We currently have a vacancy for an Internal Sales Executive. This will be a full-time, permanent role with a flexibility of being home based, however, the successful candidate must be located within commuting distance from the office.The purpose of the role will be to support the allocated sales representative in identifying and converting new business accounts on a national level.

Duties will include: * Telesales * Developing business relationships with existing and new customer base * Contacting customers that may have potential business * Meeting the set targets * Identifying sales leads * Recording and reporting the outcome of sales calls * Inputting all quotation details onto a daily spreadsheet and updating of sameSkills and experience required: * Internal sales/ telesales experience * Freight forwarding knowledge be desirable * Understanding of freight rates / quotations would be advantageous * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to listen to customers to ensure that their needs and requirements are understood * Administration skills * Pro-active telephone skills * Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy * Computer literateWorking hours:Monday to Friday, 37.

5 hour per week between 9 a.
