Temporary- Permanent Position.

Hourly rate of pay: 12.60- 13.74, dependable on experience.

Working Pattern: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM and Friday 7:00AM-1:00PM

Please note: 2.5 hours overtime each Friday if targets not met.

What You'll Do:
As a Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing surfaces for coating to ensure the best finish.
• Applying powder coating to various products with precision and care.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency- Visually and mechanically check items for flaws and proper coverage and touch up as required
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth work flow.
• Powder coating of products with close attention to correct colour and thickness
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy working environment
• Clean down electrostatic spray guns
• Report faults to the Powder Coating Team Leader, Supervisor and Maintenance Team
• Practice problem solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realising continuous improvement to products and processes
• Mixing and handling Powder

• Strong attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
• Prior experience or knowledge of powder coating processes is essential.
