Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking ownership of the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.

  • Creating engaging job adverts that attract top talent across various roles, including sales, technical, and administration.

  • Posting roles across job boards, social media, and other platforms to reach the right audience.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment process.

  • Building strong relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth, efficient hiring.

  • Using systems and tracking tools (like ATS platforms) to stay organised and keep the process moving.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.

  • Someone who's confident, approachable, and thrives on building strong relationships.

  • A great multitasker who can handle a busy workload without missing the detail.

  • Comfortable working with online platforms, job boards, and recruitment tools.

  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
