Hours: Late Shift, 1.45pm - 10.15pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Depending on Experience
Start Date: ASAP
Roles and Responsibilities:- Operate Amada Laser Cutting Machine
- Identify, load job/programme, start up, and shut down machine; troubleshoot and clear alarms
- Change laser gas bottle, clean and replace laser tip and lens
- Perform set-ups and changeovers
- Measure parts and perform inspections
- Accurately prepare production records and inspection documentation
- Package completed parts according to their destination
- Maintain the lasers in good working order
- Maintain housekeeping within immediate working area
- Drive a forklift truck and operate overhead crane as required (training can be provided)
- Teamwork
