Sonic Summary

The company is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to work in a hybrid role between their Stoke-on-Trent office and home.
The position requires candidates to be fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience and a full UK driving license.
The basic salary for this role ranges from £24,000 to £26,000, with an OTE of £60,000 including a fully uncapped commission scheme.
Successful candidates will also receive a car allowance of £3,000 and a guarantee for the first six months while building their pipeline.
The role involves giving Mortgage and Protection advice and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Basic Salary £24,000 - £26,000
Fully uncapped commission scheme ranging from 10 – 25%
Guarantee for 1st 6 months whilst building pipeline
IT equipment
OTE £60,000
Car allowance of £3,000

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to deal with high volume of 1st appointments and subsequent signups.
Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience
Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

Giving Mortgage and Protection advice and writing business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
