You'll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to provide a high standard of classroom support and helping to deliver tailored interventions to meet pupils' individual needs.The successful candidate will:? Be passionate about supporting children's education and development? Have a proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff? Be confident in leading small group sessions or covering whole classes when needed? Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Hold a relevant Level 4 TA qualification (or equivalent)?
