About the Primary TA Role:
As a Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Helping with classroom setup and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
- Level 3 Teaching assistant
- A flexible, proactive, and patient approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.
- Live in Stoke-On-Trent of can easily commute
- SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential.
