Requirements for the Home Manager include:

Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin

Minimum of Level 5 in Leadership & Management

Previous experience managing a care home (40+ beds)

Strong clinical knowledge and operational leadership

Familiar with CQC requirements and compliance standards

Experience supporting older adults, particularly with dementia

A confident leader who can develop teams and inspire a positive culture

Responsibilities for the Home Manager include:
