Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator to join and strengthen our clients existing team in Stoke-on-Trent, on a temporary on-going opportunity.

What to expect?

  • Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm (some Saturdays required)
  • 12.21 per hour - paid weekly
  • Full training on in-house systems

Working as an Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator, your duties will include:

  • Driver briefing and debriefing is required
  • Briefing and debriefing drivers
  • Carrying out vehicle checks
  • Drafting emails and making phone calls
  • Booking appointments and diary management

To be successful in this role, you will have previous admin experience within an office environment. Combined with excellent communication and customer service skills; great organisational skills; excellent IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft office - including the ability to undertake minor problem solving (e.g. if a connection to a printer fails).
