Debt Collector- Phone Based- Credit Management

Hours:Monday- Friday (Rotational Shift Pattern) + One Saturday every 4 weeks
Salary: 25,225 + Monthly Bonus

The Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient collection of overdue accounts and will work closely with various departments to achieve recovery goals.

Duties

  • Answer inbound and conduct outbound calls to customers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial information.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies during all recovery activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role within the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
