Business Services Manager - Stoke-on-TrentSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a key leadership role within a highly regarded and supportive firm.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships, and playing a central role in the growth of a firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied client portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of accounts and advisory work

  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, supporting their development

  • Reviewing year-end accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Working with Partners to develop and grow the Business Services offering

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified

  • At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax

  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team
