Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
- Identify, meet, and win new business, outlining banking services and solutions
- Assess lending propositions, interpret financial information, and structure transactions within policy
- Build relationships with professional firms, business introducers, and local market contacts
- Prepare and check customer documentation, ensure compliance with CDD/AML requirements
- Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and meet business goals
- Demonstrate understanding of banking products, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Promote the bank's culture and unique relationship banking approach to the wider market
- Maintain compliance with risk management and regulatory frameworks
- Undertake 25 hours of CPD annually
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Strong track record in corporate banking or relationship management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of credit processes and financial analysis
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to build professional relationships and represent the bank with credibility
- Integrity, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills
