Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
  • Identify, meet, and win new business, outlining banking services and solutions
  • Assess lending propositions, interpret financial information, and structure transactions within policy
  • Build relationships with professional firms, business introducers, and local market contacts
  • Prepare and check customer documentation, ensure compliance with CDD/AML requirements
  • Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and meet business goals
  • Demonstrate understanding of banking products, competitor offerings, and market trends
  • Promote the bank's culture and unique relationship banking approach to the wider market
  • Maintain compliance with risk management and regulatory frameworks
  • Undertake 25 hours of CPD annually

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong track record in corporate banking or relationship management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good understanding of credit processes and financial analysis
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build professional relationships and represent the bank with credibility
  • Integrity, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills
