Role Responsibilities- Manage and review a varied portfolio of personal tax compliance clients
- Provide technical input on advisory projects involving inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trust planning
- Lead and develop the tax team, overseeing day-to-day workflow and coaching junior staff
- Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team to shape the future of the tax department

Candidate Requirements- A CTA-qualified tax professional with a solid background in personal tax
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team in a practice setting
- Confident handling a blend of compliance and complex advisory work
- Technically sharp, commercially aware, and client-focused
- Strategic in thinking, with aspirations to move into a Director or Partner position
- Someone who’s ready to contribute to the firm’s long-term growth and success
- £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
