We are currently seeking to recruit a FLT Driver/ Warehouse Assistant to join our busy Distribution Centre based in Stoke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt and handling of goods
- Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with general warehouse duties including stock management and order picking
- Supporting Health & Safety practices in line with company standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Requirements:
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Desirable:
- Experience conducting site safety inspections or contributing to safety audits
- Familiarity with risk assessments and safe working practices
