?? What We're Looking For
- ? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- ?? Proven experience in teaching KS3 and/or KS4 pupils.
- ?? Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- ?? A genuine love for teaching and the ability to connect with secondary-aged learners.
- ?? An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- ?? Solid knowledge of the secondary curriculum and a flexible, can-do attitude.
