Do you have the leadership skills to manage a high-performing legal team in a challenging and high-stakes environment?Our client, is a modern and forward-thinking law firm specialising in the defence of serious and complex criminal cases. About the Role:This is a senior leadership role within the firm, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will:
  • Lead and supervise a team of skilled Crime Duty Solicitors
  • Manage a complex and serious caseload from police station through to trial
  • Ensure compliance with the 2017 Standard Crime Contract
  • Attend police stations and courts regularly
  • Deliver robust case preparation and powerful advocacy
Requirements:
  • LAA Crime Category Supervisor status (Essential)
  • Previous experience supervising and managing legal teams
  • Strong leadership, case strategy, and communication skills
  • Resilience and commitment to defending clients with diligence and passion
