Senior EstimatorAre you an experienced Estimator or Estimating Manager with experience in the M&E or Facilities Management sector?If you have answered YES to the above, then DIVE IN for more information...Working for an established and growing business that specialise in providing the whole spectrum of M&E and facilities management services across the UK.The business ensures that your project is in safe hands during the end-to-end delivery process by providing its specialised engineering team and reliable building services engineers.As the Senior Estimator, your focus will be surveying and estimating M&E and facilities management projects, coupled with relationship management across the portfolio of long-term customers to support and generate business leads.You will be maintaining strong stakeholder and customer relationships, producing detailed and accurate project estimates offering customers the best solution for their requirements and consistently identifying development opportunities and lead generation.This opportunity will be based in the businesses Stoke on Trent office and will involve travel across the Midlands and North West of the UK visiting various sites.The business offers benefits including car allowance, business mileage, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension, death in service cover and an annual performance related bonus.Due to the businesses strong order book, there is no better time to join the team!

The role of Estimator will include:

• Produce fully costed, detailed and accurate estimates in response to surveys, requests for quotation or tenders.
• Deliver those estimates for internal review within the timescales identified by the company, to meet customer deadlines.
• Understand industry standards: design and price jobs accurately.
• Identify and develop opportunities with new and existing customers in line with business strategy.
• Maintain strong client relationships at all levels and support the overall quality of service provision.

What we need from you?

• Previous experience within mechanical engineering, electrical installation or facilities management.
• Possess excellent experience in a similar surveying/estimating management role.
• M&E/Building Services related qualification.
• Ability to calculate parts, labour and project costs accurately.
• Ability to secure new business opportunities.
