This includes liaising with transport providers, supporting eligibility panels, and ensuring services meet required standards.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and monitoring transport contracts
  • Supporting transport eligibility decisions
  • Working with families, professionals, and internal teams to assess needs
  • Ensuring compliance with policy and legislation
  • Producing reports and supporting tender processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in commissioning, contract management, or transport services
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Good understanding of transport and social care legislation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
