We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to take the lead on HR within a well-established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
Develop and roll out performance management and appraisal systems
Manage absence, attendance, and employee relations issues
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law
Support managers with HR guidance, training, and policy updates
Promote wellbeing, engagement, and a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Proven HR experience (ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment)
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident handling conduct, absence, and performance issues
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
CIPD Level 5 or working towards (preferred)
