IT Analyst - Stoke on Trent 

We are working with an excellent client in Stoke on Trent who is looking for an IT Helpdesk to join their growing team. 

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. Responding to IT tickets, troubleshooting issues, and provide support on sofware and hardware issues.

Day to day responsibilities such as performaing routine maintainance checks, including software updates, hardware configurations and system monitoring. You'll get opportunities to participate in IT projects such as software rollouts, system upgrades and infrastructure updates. 

It's working with Microsoft Stack. 

Ideal for someone with 1-2 years experience in IT support, who are looking for that next step up in their career.
