- Lead and motivate a team in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department.
- Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Manage workflow and staff performance to meet daily and weekly KPIs.
- Analyse and create data reports to monitor efficiency, stock accuracy, and service levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high standard of stock control and customer service.
- Support a flexible working pattern including potential weekend cover and rotating shifts.
- Proven E-commerce experience - ideally in a high-volume fulfilment setting.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing and fulfilment operations.
- Strong leadership skills - with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent data handling and reporting skills, with confidence in using systems to drive performance.
- KPI-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering against key targets.
