If so, we want to hear from you!We are currently seeking a hands-on, data-driven E-commerce Team Leader to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic logistics environment within a large, well-established organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department.
  • Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
  • Manage workflow and staff performance to meet daily and weekly KPIs.
  • Analyse and create data reports to monitor efficiency, stock accuracy, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high standard of stock control and customer service.
  • Support a flexible working pattern including potential weekend cover and rotating shifts.
What We are Looking For
  • Proven E-commerce experience - ideally in a high-volume fulfilment setting.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing and fulfilment operations.
  • Strong leadership skills - with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent data handling and reporting skills, with confidence in using systems to drive performance.
  • KPI-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering against key targets.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including weekends and shifts.
Desirable Skills:Experience in process improvement and lean methodologies.Health & Safety knowledge within a warehouse environment.This job is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Longton, Audley, Hanley, Meir and surrounding areas
