Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Stoke

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 per annum

The role:

Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation, along with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Main duties:

  • Develop and manage engaging content and campaigns across social media platforms (both organic and paid)
  • Write and publish blog articles to support content marketing goals
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyse performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights
  • Assist with broader marketing activities, including event coordination, PR efforts, and design projects

About you:

  • Qualification in digital marketing, marketing, or demonstrable equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum of 1 years' experienceworking in a digital marketing setting, preferably within a B2B context
  • Familiarity with key digital channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising
  • Exposure to tools and platforms like:
  • Social media schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite)
  • Google Analytics
  • Content management systems like WordPress or Magento
  • Strong creative writing abilities and a natural flair for content creation
  • Solid understanding of how AI tools can be leveraged to enhance marketing efforts and effectively reach target audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle several projects at once
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence with a flexible attitude towards occasional travel
