This successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary agency staff within a local government environment.

About the role:

Based in Stoke (Hybrid):

  • Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified agency workers.
  • Drive initiatives that encourage the transition of temporary workers into permanent roles.
  • Strategic collaboration with hiring managers, HR, procurement teams, and external managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure agency recruitment is compliant.
  • Reducing off-contract spend, enhancing compliance with agency worker regulations, IR35 legislation, and other employment conditions.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Knowledge of Temporary Staffing and Agency Worker Regulations
  • Experience of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Local Authority experience is essential
