My client in Stoke are looking to appoint a talented Talent & Recruitment Business Partner on a Contract basis.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary agency staff within a local government environment.

- Salary: £18 - £22 per hour, inside IR35

About the role:
Based in Stoke (Hybrid):
- Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified agency workers.
- Drive initiatives that encourage the transition of temporary workers into permanent roles.
- Strategic collaboration with hiring managers, HR, procurement teams, and external managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure agency recruitment is compliant.
- Reducing off-contract spend, enhancing compliance with agency worker regulations, IR35 legislation, and other employment conditions.
About you:You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Strong Knowledge of Temporary Staffing and Agency Worker Regulations
- Experience of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Local Authority experience is essential
