Rate of pay: 12.44ph - 12.60ph
Working hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday
Adecco are looking for experienced Patient Bookers to join our client's team on a temporary basis.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Patient Booker, your role will be pivotal in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring patients receive all necessary information prior to appointment
- Following up with patients to keep them informed
- Managing changes to appointments and handling cancellations
- Maintaining patient records ensuring information and contact details are up to date
What We're Looking For:
- ESSENTIAL - Previous experience in medical appointment booking - ideally within a hospital or GP environment
- A valid Basic DBS certificate
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with IT
