This role would suit a Production Engineer or similar with a Windows and Doors background, as well as full exposure to PVC premium products, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.
THE ROLE:
- Production Supervision of PVC premium products (windows and doors)
- Overseeing Residence section within the PVC production
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvement
THE PERSON:
- Experience with PVC windows and doors
- Experience within manufacturing
- Experience with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
